Skills: Rope Climb
-take 12-15 minutes to work on mechanics, body awareness, efficiency, etc
-option if have rope climbs: weighted chin-ups (5 sets of 3)


3 rounds for time: (teams of two, one person working at a time)
Run 400m (together)
20 deadlift (225/155)
Bike 30 calories
4 rope climbs (15ft)

-time cap: 18 minutes
