    14 +6 blue band/knee push ups

    first time doing Cindy and first WOD using blue band for pullups!

    I’ve got to get full push ups down, my knees are so bruised and have been for 2 weeks now

    8rnds +4 pushups Rx – this is actually a big improvement on my first Cindy which was GB&BB, knee pushups. Thanks for all the encouragement!
