Back Squat, 20 reps at 30# less than your 5-rep max


For 11 minutes:
Row 1500m/1350m (Buy-In)
burpee box jump overs (24in/20in), max reps in the remaining time

-must face box on the burpee (Open Standards)

lizard stretch, 2 minutes (each side)
pigeon stretch, 90 seconds (each side)
couch stretch or banded couch stretch, 90 seconds (each side)
