    A couple more things – stretching after the WOD this morning was great. Hoping to see more of that. Thanks Vanny & Claire. Also, first time doing a partner carry – much easier than I thought.

    18+5. Just the damn air squats get so long and annoying after 15 rds…thinking about bad thoughts dosent even help get through the pain after that many

    Then oly class-snatch work. Light weight but got the feel for the correct form.

    23+27 Rx (PR) …. Wanted 24 … So close.. But I did throw up a little bit immediately after .. Thanks Cindy ur such a bitch..

    Oly Lifting class.. Worked on snatches / snatch squats at low weight..

    10 broken up snatch squats at 65#
    EMOM : 2 snatch squats for 15 minutes @ 75# .. Got a bit tough
