Push Press, take 15 minutes to work up to a heavy double

then….

5 rounds for time:
6 power clean (145lb/100lb)
6 shoulder-to-overhead (145lb/100lb)
6 lateral burpee over barbell

Core Development:
3 sets of 30 hollow body rock (rest 1 minute between sets)
