50 thrusters (45lb/33lb)
30 pullups

Go hard and fast throughout this WOD!  Break up into heats as needed.  No dropping the bars from overhead on the thrusters.

Compare to 8/30/10

Core Development:
40 toes through rings (sub 40 knee-ups)

    WOD: Sub run .5 mi as fast as the crappy treadmill would go (6 min/mi) for row since they don’t have a rower, had to stop and get bar for the thrusters and then wait for some guy to quit doing some dumb shit on the cable machine so I could knock out the pullups. This is going to be a long summer working out in the world’s smallest globo gym… probably 15 min or so…
