then….

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
Row 20 calories
20 wallball (20lb/14lb)

-rest 4 minutes, then….

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
Airdyne 20 calories
20 alternating dumbbell snatch (65lb/45lb)

Core Development:
reverse plank, 3 sets of 25 seconds
side plank, 3 sets of 40 seconds (each side)

Post loads and rounds/reps per AMRAP to comments
