Back Squat
-2 sets of 8 at 65% of 1-rep max
-2 sets of 6 at 70% of 1-rep max
-2 sets of 4 at 75% of 1-rep max

*if 1-rep max is unknown… then, go by feel, add weight every two sets

then….

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
Row 20 calories
10 toes-to-bar
15 Russian kettlebell swings (70lb/53lb)

Core Development:
side plank hold, 3 sets of 45 seconds (each side)
arch body rock, 3 sets of 20
