-may add another set if feeling good (note 30 OHS in metcon)


For time: (time cap, 18 minutes)
Run 400m
plank hold, 1 minute
35 abmat situps
50 double-unders
Run 400m
30 overhead squats (95lb/65lb)
60 double-unders
Run 400m
25 ring dips
70 double-unders

*modify as needed
-box dips for ring dips
