Take 35 minutes to practice a skill or two:
-handstand holds/pushups
-pullups (kipping/butterfly)
-ring dips

Core Development:
8 minute alternating tabata
-abmat situps

    Worked on all parts of a Muscle Ups (getting hips to rings with a strong kip, then on lower rings worked on the transition and push up to lock out at top)
