-moderate weight for all sets
-using 70%-80% of 1-rep max for all working sets

then….

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
50 double-unders (sub 100 single-unders)
Row 30 calories
30 wallball (20/14)
30 alternating dumbbell snatch (45/25)
10 burpee box overs (24/20)
