    7 rounds HSPU with head to abmat. It looks as if we are calling those partials now! This is the last time i’m gonna use an abmat

    i swear dude…kevin’s trying to demolish our shoulders this week. it was good WOD…the transition from the KB swings to the HSPU’s was a good challenge! i need to practice these more often…good job everyone!

    9 rds + 5 HSPU’s as RX’d. I agree, it was a really tough WOD and those Kettlebell swings were a killer! Great job to all of our athletes today.

    9 rounds+5 hspu

    partial HSPU-used 3 abmats. It didnt feel like I was going down that far, but was great to progress to doing them that way. I’ll try 2 abmats next time.
