Thanks Brian. The first kipping pullups I have have ever done also throughout the workout. They may have been ugly but I did not not jump or use a band. The knee is getting a little stronger day by day.

You guys are all doing awesome! The strength on the deadlifts, the speed and intensity on the burpees, and……. especially…. nice work on the GGRRRRRRRRRR’s…. I have never heard that many bear groooooowwls in one room at the same time..
