Ring Support Hold (top), 3 sets of 10-20 seconds
Ring Support Hold (bottom), 3 sets of 10-20 seconds
Handstand Hold, 4 sets of 30-45 seconds

ARMAP in 18 minutes:

15 deadlifts (225lb/155lb)

3 rounds of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 abmat situps

….after 3 rounds, back to 15 deadlifts
