    Team Droopey w/ visitor Roy 27:56

    Due to some shoulder issues Roy need to scale back reps for thrusters so we did 40 for rounds 4 and 5 and I used a band for assistance on Ring Dips.

    With Cathrrine & Krista as a 30 minute AMRAP:
    6 rounds + 65 (double unders)
    *scaled ring dips

    We Got About 40 DU Each Round
    Used Blue Band For Ring Dips

    25:35, I think! Courtney Rxd and I used the little band for ring dips. Thrusters get me every time! Thanks for picking up my slack 🙂
