    Funny thing, 95 not too hard 105 couldn’t get my left shoulder to push as hard as my right 100 really not too difficult! my last time with this in June was max of 98 so I went up 2lbs…not sure why that extra 5lbs is such a thorn in my side!

    Did the fun as hell WOD after but could only do 3 rounds cause I got rope burn on the top of my foot and I didn’t want to copy my girl Cari with the bad boo boo on the foot.

    5 rounds for time 80 singles,10 wallballs and 1 rope climb-
    5:40 3 rounds

    135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215 (f), 215 (f) and Helen 10:37 Rx and Tabata abs. Should have had 215 on the thrusters, so close.
